Use of our Online Shop
Making a purchase
All prices quoted include postage and packing. Prices are subject to change as a result of an increase in postal charges.
All payments for products made through this website will be procured through a secure browser.
Payment for goods may be made by credit or debit card or by cheque or BACS.
For credit/debit card orders - authority for payments must be made/given at the time of confirming the relevant order. Payments can be made by authorised credit or debit card (we accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express, Diners Club and Maestro International). No payment shall be deemed to have been received until funds are cleared.
Payment by cheque or BACS must be sent to the Region office to arrive within 7 days of placing the order.
No order will be despatched until payment is received.
Postage and Packing
All items will be despatched by Royal Mail Postal Service. Click here for more information about our postage options.
On confirmation of cleared funds, goods will normally be dispatched within 4 working days. Please allow up to a further 3 days for delivery. At peak times of the year delivery may take a little longer.
Out of Stock items
If any of the items you order are out of stock or no longer available after you have placed your order, we will contact you to let you know. If you have ordered several items we will despatch what goods are available and send the balance as soon as they are available. If the goods are no longer available we will refund your payment.
